Leo works with ChangeLabs to develop and articulate important systems concepts that are key to enabling decision makers understand how system approaches can enhance the efficacy of their decisions and strategies. Leveraging his background in philosophy and economics, Leo examines and questions the philosophical and ethical aspects of the methods deployed to implement sustainable interventions at a systems level. Leo has a personal interest in the intersection between social, ethical, and economic issues and is seeking systems-based answers to the challenges that arise in his day to day context.
Leo works in Germany as a conceptual designer for integrating information architecture and software solutions to develop applications for informed decision making. Leo also works with research institutes and commercial enterprises on research projects aimed at exploring possibilities to apply system oriented approaches to economics, and identify both theoretical and practical advantages of systems approaches.
